HonuVibe started with a question: what would happen if AI education felt less like a tech bootcamp and more like learning from someone who actually cares whether you succeed?
Ryan Jackson — Northwestern grad, USC Marshall MBA, and lifelong builder — had spent years at the intersection of business strategy, international markets, and hands-on AI work. He saw the same pattern everywhere: people were curious about AI but overwhelmed by the noise. The courses were too technical, too theoretical, or too impersonal.
So he built HonuVibe — a training company grounded in the Hawaiian concept of aloha: show up fully, give generously, treat every person's goals as worthy of real attention. Today, HonuVibe serves learners and organizations globally, in English and Japanese, with a growing team of practitioners who teach what they actually do.
